Hey Mum!

Want simple ways to build your connection with your baby and enjoy time together?

eHUGS is a free online program for mothers and their babies, developed by the Parent-Infant Research Institute.

It may be especially helpful if you have received support or treatment for low mood after the birth of your baby. eHUGS uses play and simple, research-based activities to help you reconnect with your baby as you begin to feel a little better, or simply enjoy spending time together.

The program includes four fun and interactive online sessions, supportive text messages, and a phone call with an experienced coach.
