Through MumSpace, PANDA offers vital support for new parents, including online treatments for anxiety and other resources to help you navigate the challenges of early parenthood. As the national leader in perinatal mental health, PANDA provides a 24/7 helpline (1300 726 306) staffed by trained counselors, as well as online information and support.

By offering a seamless referral pathway from their waitlist to our MumMoodBooster and Mum2BMoodBooster programs, Gidget helps women experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression access timely care. As a not-for-profit organization, Gidget delivers face-to-face, telehealth, and online support to promote the emotional wellbeing of new families.
