Support for Parents
Welcome to Parents’ Corner
Becoming a parent can be wonderful, but it can also be overwhelming at times. Many parents go through periods where they feel unsure, stressed, or emotionally exhausted.
At PIRI, we understand that every family is different. Some parents find that clear information or practical tips are enough to get them through a tough patch. Others may want extra support, such as an online program, app, or guided resources to help them build skills and confidence. Sometimes, additional support from a health professional is needed alongside online tools.
Our aim is to offer flexible, evidence-based support so parents can access the right help at the right time.

Workshops and education
We also offer workshops and education sessions for parents, alongside training for health professionals who work with families.
Support groups and connection
PIRI supports parents through group programs and online spaces where families can connect, share experiences, and feel less alone. This includes support related to postnatal depression, premature birth, and fatherhood.
PIRI’s services are available to parents from all backgrounds. Our goal is to support parents and infants to feel safe, supported, and able to thrive in the early years.
